Cancellation Policy at Blue Halo Collective

We are so grateful for every client who trusts us with their time and their chair. Out of respect for our stylists and the clients on our waitlist, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to work with you. However, the following policy is in place to protect our team:

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require a valid credit card on file to schedule future appointments. That card will be charged 50% of the scheduled services if a future appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services to the card on file.

As a courtesy, we send confirmation texts and emails before every appointment. Please make sure we have your most current contact information so we can reach you and help you avoid any fees.
